Scale is stuck and so am I

Well, tomorrow is weigh in and my scale doesnt seem to be moving. I have stayed OP and even changed my exercising around to bump up the metabolism but my plateau doesn't wanna budge. It's getting frustrating but I refuse to give up I know eventually I will get my 80lb star. It seems like I have been waiting for ever since I've been playing around with this last pound for a month. Plateaus are hard to break so if any of my weight watchen friends have some suggestions that will help me overcome this all ideas are welcomed. I hope all of you have a beautiful day and we continue to keep in touch until our other site is up and running once again. Take care!!

I have been stuck at the SAME weight for 3+ weeks now. I changed my WI days to Wednesday hoping to see a loss, so we'll see how tomorrow goes for me. I am switching to core tomorrow to hopefully change things up a little bit. Good luck!!

I just got off a mini-plateau myself, and I know that they're really frustrating.

I echo strawgirl's opinion - maybe switching plans, or even just switching up what you eat will help.

Good Luck!!

Plateau's are hard...in the past I have quit because of them... but I know you won't because you've come so far! The best advice I have seen strawgirl and dizzydazey already gave you. Also I hear upping your exercise or even switching what exercise you do can help as well. HTH Have a great day!

I am not on WW but I do agree. Gotta switch something up. Your body changes because it's having to get used to different things. Something must be too much the same right now. Try switching the types of foods your eating (more proteins?) and try switching the order you eat things, try supper for breakfast and vice versa. Gotta keep your body guessing!
Good luck!

Don't forget that with your exercise you may be losing fat but gaining muscle.

Hey, when I hit a little one last month, I had to eat more...I started eating more of my WPs and voila! Don't know if you do that or not, but if not, give it a try...just make sure to do it the healthy way...no chocolate cake for breakfast ;)

I hate being stuck!!!! Its so frustrating! I don't have much advice since I always get stuck as well, all I can say is don't give up! Thats the hardest thing about plateaus...they always make me want to give up!!

Just thought I would stop by and say hello, I just started reading your blog.

I haven't as much weight as you, but I know how frustrating it is to be stuck. I'm stuck in the 150's. Hang in there, you'll eventually budge past that point!
