Now isn't that just a catchy title? I'm a poet and didn't know it. LOL Looks like the ole body is taking a break from weight loss lets just hope its a very short one. I had a decent week stayed on plan but due to the excessive heat didn't keep up with my walking as I would like to. Nature Barbie is slacking in that area.
Have any of you been getting snide comments from other bloggers that mysteriously disappear after posting? I have never seen this person before so they must of made up their blogger name just to be nasty and then leave. It is beyond me why people have to be so cruel but I guess they are just very insecure about themselves and this is the reason why. I just delete those post when they come in and hope that person finds some peace in their troubled life. Wishing you all a wonderful week. :)

Just remember when your body takes a rest it only comes back ramped up to get rid of the weight!! Not to mention - for me not gaining is a freaking victory now a days - I swear - if I had body parts that tasted like chocolate the only thing I would leave would be my fingers for typing!! This TOM thing is for the birds and Mother Nature Barbie needs to leave me the hell alone!!! LOL Hope you have a wonderful week and I hope that whoever is being ugly takes a hike and NOT on Nature Barbie's trail!!!
That's too bad that someone has to upset the good group of people we have. You're doing the right thing by deleting them. I have had a few comments about making money that I just delete.
