It's been such a long time since I checked in so thought I would drop by and say hello. Things are going well around here the weather is finally warming up which is a welcome sight in the frozen land of Minnesota. I can't wait to start my garden and be able to buy fresh fruit and grill out once again. These things seem to make eating healthy much easier. In fact, the nice weather just gives me a positive attitude which helps in all aspects of my life. I've noticed some of my blogging buddies have been LOA much like I have so hopefully they all drop in soon and let us know how they are doing. All of you are never far from my thoughts so I hope life has been good to you and all is well. Take care and remember............

Yes I have been LOA but I sure have not forgotten about everyone especially you. I was wondering how it was going in the restraunt? Still able to resist the goodies? I hope so you have worked so hard and are such a huge inspiration to me!! I think if Jan can do it so can I!!
I agree with you about the "spring feeling". I have always loved this time of year.....opening the windows to air the house out, doing the spring cleaning, planting the flowers and such! But most of all it gives me a HUGE sense of motivation to lose the weight!! Funny how those first days of spring make you see things in a different light! I have definately gotten my mojo back thanks to Spring!!

You may be proud of me but dang I'm proud of YOU!!!! You look incredible and not only have you inspired me but you inspire a whole group of my friends......it's too funny that when I take my laptop to the in laws - my mother in law always wants to read up on you! I think a lot of it is because you don't let age, kids, grandkids, work, life stand in your way. You have totally changed you life and become a HOT grandma!!

I'm with ya! I am soooo ready for warm weather and sunshine! We've had the warmer temps but lots of rain! UGH! That kinda makes it hard to grill. I'm ready to give my kitchen a break! :)
