I am so excited I'm doing cartwheels. Now if that isnt a sight to behold. LOL I had weigh in today and I am down 1.4lbs. Hubby is up a pound so all that cake I fed him this past week finally paid off. There is a method to my madness ladies. hehe He will lose it in 24 hours but for now the feeling is exhilirating. :)
I'm not sure what I did different this week to finally lose other than adding a lot more fruits into my snack choices other than the 100 calorie treats. Its surprising how sweet fruit taste to me now when before fruit was always at the bottom of my list.
I have all of you to thank for your uplifting and humorous blogs. Colette and Steph you two always manage to pick me up and make me smile when I need it the most so a huge thanks to you both. The support around here is amazing and it helps to know I am not on this journey alone. Thanks ladies you ALL are wonderful!!
